We'll spend about 2 hours exploring the site before heading to one of the Riviera Maya's most unique natural wonders — five beautiful and pristine cenotes hidden deep in the jungle. These natural wonders were significant to the ancient Mayan people, who believed they were passages to the underworld. A walk through the jungle trails, immersing yourself in the enchanting sights and sounds of the Mayan jungle; This place offers a refreshing escape from the heat and crowds into the beauty of the Mayan Jungle allowing you to refresh and connect with nature. During this time, you'll have the opportunity to discover and swim in the mystical waters of five pristine cenotes. These crystal-clear pools, nestled in their natural surroundings, provide an invigorating experience that will revitalize your senses. What to bring Come prepared for an enjoyable stroll by packing comfortable sneakers or hiking sandals, water shoes would be useful if you have them. Don't forget to bring along towels and bottled water to ensure a comfortable and well-hydrated experience. Private transportations are for your group only, so you can decide which time goes better for you to start but we strongly recommend starting early in the morning between 7:00 am - 08:00am if you want to avoid the crowds.

Most of the attractions opening hours are from 8am to 5pm, therefore you plan the day accordingly.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our prices are in usd dollars, Prices are valid departing from Playa del Carmen and surroundings areas. If your hotel is located north or south from PDC please let us know for a custom quote. Private transportations require a 30% deposit at the time of the booking; We will provide you with a confirmation voucher with specifics. For Transportation insurance purposes, we will require at the time of the booking the exact amount of people in the vehicle including children and infants. Please note that additional passengers cannot be accommodated without prior notice. Personal belongings are the client’s responsibility, make sure you have all your items when leaving the vehicle. Extra hour 45usd. Cancellations can be made by e-mail or WhatsApp 24hrs before the service date to receive a full refund of any deposit In most cases a refund will be issued within 72 hours. No refunds at last minute cancellations.
