The city once had the Mayan name Zamá which means “dawn.” Tulum opening hours are every day from 08:00 to 17:00; however, the last entry is at 15:30 hours, as it will take you at least an hour and a half to go around the ruins. CENOTE YAX-KIN An open cenote with a very good value, Yax-kin have several levels of depth, where even the smallest can swim safely. It also has multiple resting areas and tends to be not crowded compared to the more popular cenotes. • Entrance fee 150 pesos (10usd) Children from 4 to 8yo 100pesos If you prefer exploring the classic cenotes, CENOTE AZUL This is maybe the most popular “open cenote". This cenote offers various areas for swimming and snorkeling, with plenty of small fishes attempting to tickle your feet, here you will find a couple high spots to jump into the water. This is a very popular cenote with beautiful surroundings and facilities for a very good price. • Entrance fee 180 pesos (12usd ) Children from 4 to 8 yo 120 pesos GRAN CENOTE. This is a semi-open cenote, that vary in depth from 2 to 5 meter. Private transportations are for your group only, so you can decide which time goes better for you to start but we strongly recommend starting early in the morning between 7:00 am - 08:00am if you want to avoid the crowds.

Our prices are in usd dollars, Prices are valid departing from Playa del Carmen and surroundings areas. If your hotel is located north or south from PDC please let us know for a custom quote. Private transportations require a 30% deposit at the time of the booking; We will provide you with a confirmation voucher with specifics. For Transportation insurance purposes, we will require at the time of the booking the exact amount of people in the vehicle including children and infants. Please note that additional passengers cannot be accommodated without prior notice. Personal belongings are the client’s responsibility, make sure you have all your items when leaving the vehicle. Extra hour 45usd. Cancellations can be made by e-mail or WhatsApp 24hrs before the service date to receive a full refund of any deposit In most cases a refund will be issued within 72 hours. No refunds at last minute cancellations.
